I didn't realize you had these until after I ordered. I found a NOS 63 neutral safety switch and thought I was going to have a problem finding the rod & hdwe. Love you guys!!! Received my box yesterday with the jack board, etc. Kudos to the shipping/packing folks there. UPS banged it around pretty good but thankfully it was well protected and survived. Enclosed is a pic from an ebay bargain I got from CC for a $12 jack board. They don't know how to pack!!!! Check the photo. 2 pieces of brown paper in the box. UPS broke the darn thing in half!!! If CC knew how to pack stuff like you guys it would've survived. Five years ago they poorly packed a big plastic item and it broke. No gosh darn bubble wrap or anything. They reshipped another and guess what, same packing method after I complained, shipped overnight, and THAT one broke. I stopped doing business with them then because of that. Gave them another try 2 weeks ago and they failed miserably. Feel free to pass this to the awesome shipping folks. Rich M. |
I am extremely pleased with the level of service your company is showing with the problem I am having with my steering components I ordered. I explained the problem to the tech, and immediately he volunteered to replace the part with no hassles. I have been using supplier Eck. for years, but I will now make every effort to use ZIP when you have parts available that I need. Hello, I just wanted to let you know that I am an extremely happy customer. When I bought my half-restored '63 coupe, I automatically started looking at Eck. and CC for parts since they are the "big names" that I've always heard associated with Corvettes. I decided to give Zip a try and I am very happy I did. Your shipping times are faster, number of backorders is much lower, quality is high, and your catalogs are far superior. Your online catalog has allowed me to find the parts I need at 2:00 A.M. when I'm in a bind and piece together things that I am unsure of without needing to call for tech assistance. I won't be calling brand "E" again. You will get a big thumbs up from me the next time somebody asks who they should call for Corvette parts. Thanks for running a great operation! Chris H. |
